Welcome to the new Capoeira Academy website!
Capoeira Academy is the Sydney branch of the international Filhos da Bahia Capoeira Group. Filhos da Bahia has academies in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, New Calendonia, Korea, Japan and of course, Brazil!
Capoeira Academy is expanding – now with classes in Capoeira, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Drumming, Afro-Dance and Samba. We are also offering our great studio space for hire and promoting our Community Action Projects (CAPoeira) and providing workshops for schools and organizations.
So - if you are already a member, we hope you enjoy the new classes and website! If you'd like to have workshops at your school, community organization or workplace, feel free to chat with Contra-Mestre Nei before or after class.
